Business Coaching:

The coaching process is designed to improve the leadership and decision-making processes of key staff while applying the business experience and proven methods of the coach. The goal is to become more organized, intentional, and strategically focused on your business while uncovering the performance obstacles that are getting in the way of your success and happiness. Initial engagements require a 1-2 hour meeting every two weeks for a minimum of 3-months. From there, we can determine the best fit for continued action, accountability, and support using the options below.

Includes discount pricing on Strategic Planning Package and quarterly strategy review sessions with your team.

In-Person Monthly Coaching (1-2 Hr.) : $450/month all-inclusive (includes prep, travel, and written after-action summary)

Designed to address growth planning, prioritization, goal setting and accountability for those with limited management support staff. Includes concise follow-up report with action items for easy reference throughout the month. Includes discount pricing on Strategic Planning Package and quarterly strategy review sessions.

Remote Monthly Coaching (1-2 Hr.) : $250/month (includes prep and written after-action summary)

Designed to support successful businesses where ownership or key management need confidential advisory and coaching on important issues that arise. An ideal program for maintaining a healthy business with ongoing board level advisory services. Includes discount pricing on Strategic Planning Package and quarterly strategy review sessions.
